What is a Non molestation Order?
A Non-Molestation Order in the UK is a civil injunction under the Family Law Act 1996 protecting victims of domestic abuse from harassment, threats, or violence by an “associated person” (partner, ex, or family member).
It prohibits contact and approaching the home, with breaches being a criminal offense punishable by up to five years in prison.
Things to look for that may mean someone has a Non Molestation order against them
Someone who has been served a Non Molestation Order will be someone who believes they are better than anyone else; that normal day-to-day rules (or even the law) do not actually apply to them.
Simple examples of this sort of behaviour could be:
- Parking a 4×4 completely blocking the public footpath, or
- Parking in a disabled bay, when you do not have a disabled parking badge, even if it is “just for a few minutes” or
- Making allegations that something has happened…
..when it has not; but expecting people to believe their side of the story rather than the one caught on video, ….for example; or - They will have a profound belief that they are ALWAYS right, despite facts and evidence making it blatantly clear this is not the case.
A great example of this phenomenon can be seen in the video on the homepage, when I turn into Hobb Lane and ask not to be followed.
Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency immediately claims she is NOT following me, yet the video shows a totally different truth.
Don't worry, not all estate agents will have a Non Molestation Order.
This post is to help you identify those who may have one.
One problem with a NMO, is that they are not public records, so only the judge, police and family members and friends will know about a NMO.
Is this deformation?
I’m not making any suggestion that specific people do have an NMO as this *could* be classed a defamatory statement…
….IF it turned out to be untrue; however there is a very interesting defense to a claim of deformation.
The Defamation Act 2013 requires published or spoken statement to be true or it could be deformation, but in section 3 of the act, if the statement is an “honest opinion” it is a defense for it being untrue.
It is for this reason I am publishing “things to look for” so that it can be easily established that should an opinion be inferred, it is one based on the facts above…

I am in possession of said email, so the emails existence is a fact.
Within the email, is an allegation made by someone else, not me, that Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency has had a NMO against her.
The contents are also pretty self supporting, in so much as further allegations contained in the email claim that Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency was barred from certain local contact centres; the place parents go to hand over custody of their children when there is a NMO in place.
Obviously, if there was no NMO in place, there would be little point of using a contact centre, and no reason to be abusive and harassing to the staff at two of them.
An allegation that both supports the claim of domestic abuse and harassment of a partner (or ex partner) as it has clearly spilt out to the staff members trying to assist in the transfer of custody of two small children, this abuse also supports the probability of an NMO and the rather disgusting attitude some estate agents have towards people just doing their jobs and trying to help.
Interestingly, for a deformation case to be made, the claimant, (in this case, the estate agent,) would need to prove the statements to be untrue in the first instance and if they were untrue, they would then have the insurmountable task of proving that it is not my honest opinion, that there is a very high probability the allegation in the email is true.

Actually, a pretty poor try at attempting to sow a somewhat ridiculous seed of doubt that these comments are not real; not dissimilar to you claiming “FAKE REVIEW” on your Google reviews, if someone submits a review you do not like.🤣
Clearly a tried and tested tactic.
I think the fact that some of the comments reveal information I would never be aware of, should answer your question and prove to the casual reader that the audience is both real and participating.😁
I’ll be popping up some screenshots that the audience have kindly provided, again on a subject I was totally unaware of.
For example, how could I know you were removed from a neighborhood page(that I still don’t know exactly where or what it is) after you became anti-social to other people?… Probably in an exact same way that I have captured you on video on the home page.
How would I know you were ejected from a Chichester holiday home site for abusive behaviour?
How would I know about a NMO?
How would I know you were banned from two contact centres for abusing staff whilst they were just doing their jobs helping you transfer your children to their father because he felt unsafe near you, if people were not contacting me?
No a great memory for your children, but as they grow up they will work out who was to blame and who was the victim.
On that note, being brought up seeing there mother being ejected from numerous establishments for disgraceful behaviour and being horrible to others is either going to breed the same sort of anti-social behaviour making a menace to society, a monster, or they will go the other way and avoid you when they are older.
Either way such behaviour is a classic example of bad parenting. One occurrence is bad parenting actually. Multiple times and I would expect someone to contact social services and child protection as the parent is clearly incapable of being a good role model.
I must confess, the reach and support this site has achieved has massively far exceeded my expectations, but to be fair I did not know at the time, just how many people you upset or trampled over in your narcissistic quest to either be right all the time or just assert authority you don’t have on others who know you don’t have it, see the video for a fine example of that.
You have quite literally left an army of people who would love to see your downfall and this site is probably the first time anyone has properly stood up to your bullying, by doing the one thing all bullies fear, telling the truth and the story about the bullying, so everyone knows.
I would like to thank you at this point for you constant promotion of this site. Every time you posted a whinge or bleat that there was a website “All about you” those who hate you will go off and search for the site 😂🤣😅🤪
This increases the search rankings and gives them a portal into your current predicament, that of criminal charges where you stand every chance of loosing your freedom, your children and your business.
No-one with a modicum of an IQ would believe these are fake comments as they are clearly not.(Just like the 1 star reviews on Google are REAL and everyone but you accept it)

Look at how she responds to reviews on her page. She keeps editing them after realising how aggressive she is. Accusing them of being fake (of course). Cannot handle rejection? Hmm personality disorder much? Revenge streak as well, retaliation….. one unhinged move away from something more sinister….. ooof!

Wow. I knew she was bad, I’ve seen it myself, but this is another level.
Someone should warn her customers what she is like, this is so shocking.
