More attacks on my propery
In contravention of section 2A of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (PHA)
On the 16th October 2025 at 11:13 I received a notification from the hosting provider that the domain unhingedhuman.co.uk had been suspended.
Apparently the reason for the suspension was ABUSE
At this point I lost all access to the domain, files and emails.
Less than a week later, the domain magically reappeared. The Hosting provided had conducted an audit and discovered nothing on the site that amounted to abuse.
The email I received is above, this was promptly followed by a post by Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency who was boasting, well… see what she posted, below…
Just over an hour after the site is taken down Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency is plastering it all over Facebook, almost as if she were waiting for it happen..
I must confess that even though the website has an email address on every page to allow her to contact me, her “legal team” have not yet been in touch.
I did chortle when I saw that – I’ve done NOTHING WRONG for a legal team to get involved. All I am doing is providing some commentary to what has actually happened, a service for the benefit of the public.
Obviously “the public” is a very broad base and there may be a few who dislike my opinions, or the facts that I present.
I would say “I’m sorry….”
….but I hate lying.
I also love the comments to Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency post…
“Good luck, Have them”
“I will believe me I will x”
…in a post that was soon after removed from the platform. (I did laugh!!!)
Someone appears to be full to overflowing of bovine excrement, that is for sure.
And the website still stands.
Stalking - Section 2A (3)
As I mentioned at the start of this update, stalking, a more serious offence to harassment but covered in the PHA is defined in Section 2A of the PHA.
For those who can’t be bothered to research it, this is what Legislation.gov.uk has to say about stalking.
The domain “unhingedhuman.co.uk” and the hosting package associated with it are my property.
Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency appears to have “interfered” with my property on the 16th October 2025.
I do love Section 2A (4) underlined in red, nearly a year without access to her children, business and home, over what?
A poorly parked car?
… and a total inability to take responsibility for their own actions – a year in prison.
Perhaps it will be a learning experience… or not.
Ah!! But there needs to be two separate occurrences of a "course of action that would amount to harassment or stalking" for this to be an offence!

How about this?….
This email confirms that the instigator is Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency.
Sadly, after requesting multiple times for some guidance regarding what content anyone believed was “defamation” no-one was able to provide anything beyond the headline “deformation.”
With no-one actually being able to identify what was deformation I was unable to cull the offending part. The result was the site was again interfered with and offline for a few weeks. Even if they had identified something, their requirement to satisfy it being true was unattainable; they demanded court records, that are not publicly available so I was never going to win and they were afraid of the “headline” of defamation and wanted to play it safe at the expense of their paying customer.
A very similar situation to that captured on the video on the home page…. someone shouts about “the headline allegation” but has nothing to back up the claim.
It was done on the video with regards to “abuse” and “threats” and now to the hosting provider with “deformation.”
Deformation
The interesting thing with a deformation claim is that a person may make any statement they like. It is the person claiming deformation that is required to prove the statement to be either false or NOT an opinion the author “believes to be true.”
I totally believe everything on this site to be true, other than the claims made by Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency.
So, with the email above from the 18th January 2026, I now have another example of a course of action that amounts to stalking as defined in PHA Section 2A (3)(f)
It looks like someone is going to need to pack a “go bag” in readiness for a stint at his Majesty’s pleasure!!
Going back to the earlier claim “Legal Claim submitted” my response, in between me laughing myself into a stupor, is “Bring it on!”
My counterclaim will be absolutely devastating…
……and deep down inside I’m sure Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency….
……. knows it.
