Healing and public information
During the unlawful visit to my home in September 2025, by two corrupt police officers intent on intimidating me without even investigating the allegations they were acting on some allegations were directed towards me that were totally unsupported and without fact.
PC Bell and PC Jenman seemed to think that to present me with them would trick me into agreeing with them and therefore incriminate myself.
I must confess, I do find it terribly insulting to be be judged as dumber than dumb people. Unfortunately, dumb people cannot see just how rude and upsetting this is, mainly because they are, well….. dumb and the fact that I did not fall into their trap demonstrates who is the galoot …and who is not.
It is amazing how different parties can see a situation in such a different light. Below, you can see how PC Bell really went to town on painting me in a poor light after he refused to leave my private property, having entered it, armed, armored, outnumbering me and without a lawful reason.
His remaining on the property after being told to leave (multiple times) means he is trespassing; but being armed means it is “armed trespass” (a firearms offence that comes with a 5 year prison sentence) and he has no qualified immunity; as his report confirms that he was not investigating a crime and was not there to prevent one, he was there to (unlawfully) “give words of advice.” (something that is not in the polices remit, even more so as he had not investigated the allegations so his “advice” was both wrong and unlawful.) Armed trespass to “give words of advice” does not qualify for immunity.
He, and his sidekick, are as protected as any other member of society acting like armed thugs trying to intimate the victim of assault and harassment.
The report clearly shows, in the section titled, “Concise summary of the investigation” that, in fact, there was no investigation at all.
There is a list of allegations and a report of two officers whinging that a member of the public exercised the civil rights that the law provided them, to protect the public from abuse and abusers like those stood on my doorstep.
As confirmed in the report, PC Bell and PC Jenman admit they did not know the answers to my questions regarding GDPR (this will be covered in another post as it is important the public know their rights)
There a a load of allegations that will get their moment, but to start with I’m going look at one specific one.
"also wearing a hat and wig to hand deliver letters to clients/customers of her business"
First of all, I am not admitting to any of this.
There is exactly no evidence that this even happened; if there were, it would have been noted in the report above, which it clearly isn’t.
However, if I were to wear a hat and wig in public, it could be for a number of reasons, for example:
- I may have alopecia, or
- just be balding as males my age do,
- I may have a fetish or perhaps
- I may just like wigs or maybe even
- I was cold!
none of which are a criminal offence, and at least one is a very private matter that I may not want to discuss.
…But the police never questioned me on this, they never even mentioned it on my doorstep, so thorough was their faux investigation.
***NEWS FLASH***
Wearing a hat in public could be a criminal offence and only people who are acting unlawfully wear one!! – according to PC Bell in his report.
I must confess, I do love wearing hats in public, I have quite a collection and I also love seeing other people wearing hats, they are rather cool.
If you need a definition of “stupid”, I’m that PC Bells statement about hats and wigs would fit.
Next, is …
"hand delivering letters."
Wow, this is incredible.
This infers that if I had posted any alleged letters, and those letters had been delivered by a professional carrier like, the Royal Mail (other mail carriers are available 😀 ), then it would have been less of an offence than if I, or anyone else, had actually hand delivered a letter!
Since when does the delivery method of communication become a contributing factor to the criminality of an action?
It would appear, based on these statements alone, that PC Bell and PC Jenman are serious competition for the local village idiots!

Then, we get onto the interesting stuff..

Now, I know I am not a legal eagle, but I was also not born yesterday, and having been in receipt of regular unsolicited “junk mail” from political parties, local Councillors, and IIRC the PCC herself, there is exactly NO LAW preventing one person from sending another person a letter (providing there is no threat, no alarm caused and no fear of violence within the letter)
I must confess, I never had this idea of contacting the clients/customers of Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency.
But, I can certainly see the value in it.
I image, that if there were an example letter that was delivered by any means, to people using a service that was being managed by someone of questionable social skills, it could easily be seen as a letter offering a public service, information that would be very much “in the public interest” to be offered.
I am very much aware that the police are watching this site, and they will be looking for any reason to pay me another visit, regardless of how flimsy or unlawful their reasons are, so for the benefit of those reading this…
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ANYONE WITH A Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency sign outside their homes!
Actually, based on my experience of the intellectual prowess of the boys and girls “in blue,” they may not fully understand my last statement, so I will kinda spell it out, so even they, can keep up….
- PLEASE DO NOT download the example letter, it was provided for illustrative purposes only and was never meant to be used in the wild.
- PLEASE DO NOT print copies of said letter and keep those copies in your car, jacket pocket or handbag, in case you see a new victim with a sign outside their house, this would be both cumbersome and pointless.
- PLEASE DO NOT use any form of estate agency website, as some sort of directory of innocent victims, that may benefit from some help. They are all adults and should be allowed to make their own mistakes.
- PLEASE DO NOT wear hats, scarves, sunglasses, wigs, coats, shoes or clothes generally, as the police clearly believe such action would make it hard to identify you on a Ring doorbell camera and therefore you must be a criminal.
- MOST CERTAINLY PLEASE DO NOT post any material through a victims door, regardless of it being in their best interest, this to could be seen in the eyes of any corrupt (or just plain stupid) police officers as a criminal offence, despite their being exactly no laws to support such a ridiculous concept.
- PLEASE DO NOT make a comment below, with a fake name “the postman” that only includes the capital letter “P” for each letter you have posted; this would only serve to show people that my pleas for you not to conduct such action have fallen on deaf ears and that I have failed.
The last thing I would want to happen is for a customer to change their representation or agent for the sale of their home.
I know estate agents fees are between 1% and 3%, so, for a £250k house this is between £2500 and £7500 of commission an estate agent may loose if a single customer changes their mind, I would not wish that on anyone.
