Formal complaint submitted to Donna Jones, the Police and Crime Commisioner
A 108 page document has been submitted to Ms Jones detailing my complaint against the police and their part in a conspiracy to commit harassment and stalking with the fear of violence, as well as sexual discrimination and nearly a dozen other offences.
The OPCC correctly forwarded my complaint and numerous Freedom of Information Requests (FoIRs) and Subject Access Requests (SARs) to the “Professional Standards” (PS) department at HaIoW Constabulary, and sadly, confidence was certainly not inspired by PS.
First contact with PS was a letter stating it would take 28 days… “not including weekends or bank holidays” so in reality 39 days, which is not what the HaIoW Constabulary’s website states nor the Independent Police Complaints Commission requirement.
They both agree that I will be furnished with updates every 28 days; which means the PS appear to have fallen at the very first opportunity and have left me with no confidence that they will be able to follow the law or enforce it on their own staff.
The document that I submitted also included a very detailed breakdown of each and every occasion that a course of action, likely to amount to harassment, has taken place, supported with video evidence, timestamps and other documentation or case law.
I would pay a considerable sum of money to be allowed to witness the “knock knock” at Lucifer Wronguns door, just to see the look on her face when she realises that she set a proverbial ball in motion that will ultimately crush her like a scene from an Indiana Jones movie, just more gruesome and totally self inflicted.
My report has now been made, and I made it clear I expect an arrest and charges.
If this does not take place I will be pursuing the HaIoW Constabulary and Luci Morgan, of the Luci Morgan Estate Agency in multiple civil cases.
It was interesting to see just how many legal firms specialise in civil cases against the police and will happily work on a “no win, no fee” basis – strongly suggesting that such claims are often a “slam dunk.”
Sending off the complaint was a really cathartic experience, a huge weight off my shoulders.
Lets see how it pans out.

Would you like some screen shots from facebook (with comments) of the the actual incident of Luci parking in the disabled bay on Eastleigh that you have mentioned in your site?
You may find interesting the venomous responses from “Luci Morgans” mum (all be it we believe this was Luci herself posting these off her mums account as she is banned from this neighbours page due to abuse!!!) If it wasn’t her and was her mum then the “apple does not fall far from tree” springs to mind….?

That would make a wonderful addition to the page, providing better context and response; making it a more factual piece of public information that is shared in the publics’ interest.
